Receiving Mobitix
All you need is a WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) enabled mobile phone registered on our website.
WAP or Wireless Application Protocol allows you to access web sites and content via your mobile phone.
If you are not sure if your mobile phone is WAP enabled check with your network operator.
Please note that your phone may be WAP capable but not enabled i.e. it is technically capable of receiving WAP messages but has not been set up to do so.
If this is the case and you would like to use Mobitix, talk to your network provider about activating WAP on your hand set.
After you have registered your personal details you will be asked to test your mobile phone. We do this to make sure we can send you a ticket.
If your phone passes our test, it will be registered and you will be able to book tickets with Mobitix.
Each passenger must have a mobile phone registered with Mobitix.s

How Does Mobitix Work?
After you have selected and paid for your ticket we will send a confirmation text to your mobile phone.
2 hours after booking we will send you your ticket.
Before travelling
Check to see that your train is running on time.
Remember your ticket and the payment card you used to purchase your ticket.
Onboard
If you have a reservation please sit in the seat reserved.
